6. I understand accidents happen but the problem is when I called to straighten it out, not only was the error not corrected they then told me that I wa not getting the refund that their manager had already promised.

7. Not a big issue, because hopefully no one spends too much time in there, but for larger people it may be an actual problem-- it is a very tight fit.

9. We were also unluckly enough to stay there on an evening when they were having problems with their pipes so my 7 year old dauther and I were woken up by that noise at about 1:50 am and kept up for a while by lovely concert from the pipes.
