2. There were mold stains on the ceiling in the bathroom at two areas and the tile around the tub.

3. This room appeared to have been repaired and painted recently, so it wasn't falling apart quite as much as the first room, but there was still mold, and dirt, and dust, and cracked bathroom tile, and sheets that haven't been washed.

4. The bathroom fan did NOT work at all, so there were some serious moisture issues in the room - peeling wallpaper and paint, parts of the wall were literally falling off, and there was MOLD growing on the ceiling.
