1. Maybe a small chipped tile in the bathroom or a loose switch on a lamp, but nothing to complain about.

10. We had originally booked a garden view room, but were upgraded to a castle view room -- in part because we complained about the closure of the quiet pool, which had not been advertised and meant (as another reviewer has noted) that the main pool was overcrowded.
