1. unfortunately, one afternoon we left a backpack on a chair by the pool covered with some beach towels, and went for a short walk on the boardwalk.

2. The pool area was clean and nice, but unfortunately starting around noon the entire pool is in the shadow of the hotel, and in December, with temperatures only around 70, it gets a bit too cool.

4. unfortunately, other then one condo building right next door, the other buildings around it were either underconstrucion or construction had been stopped because of lack of funds.

6. The area feels a little strange in that there is a lot of construction going on around and unfortunately, early morning construction noise was a problem but we had to get up early anyway.
