When we got off the elevator there was a spoiled odor and I am think it was from some type of water damage but we called the front desk and someone was out there with a carpet cleaner and when we came back after dinner the smell was ALOT better I am sure the carpet needed to be changed but atleast the attempted to correct it.

2. I personally watched the workers crash 3 cars (there had to be some damage) and they didn't DO ANYTHING / call anyone - nothing.
