1. $125 for a king size city view, not a problem because when we got there they offered us an ocean view for $40 more a night (well worth it).

9. the air vent was leaking and once we called front desk maintenance came up and corrected it, they even offered to give us a room to relax while he fixed it but we were going out and when we came back the leak was fixed and never had another problem.
