7. Then again, with all the complaining sunburned Dads and wacked-out preteens, who would have had time to help a 'regular' customer, anyway?RECOMMENDATION:If you are traveling with your family, and don't really care too much about exploring South Beach, this might be a good option.

8. The hotel was OK, but we had a disabled room and the shower leaked all over the bathroom and was broken, by this time we were too worn down to move or complain.
