1. It is by far the worst hotel I ever stayed in, in fact I had to move to another hotel and loosing money for two nights because I made the reservation on priceline.

6. I would say that the worst thing is the distance, you are way too far from the south beach action, making it almost impossible to walk when you want to go there, you need to take a taxi everytime.
