1. It would have been courteous to explain that there was an issue but that they were working on it, and would try to accomodate me.

2. Other issue is plumbing, it's partially broken, we could't wash kids in the tub, the plug didn't fit, the shower head was partially detach from the wall.

5. The only issue we had with our stay was the very loud music which is played by the hotel and could be heard very clearly in our room both late at night and early in the morning, however im sure this is only an issue if staying in a room at the front.

6. Maybe it's different on weekends but we had no noise issues at all, and our rooms were mostly on the first floor.
