1. The problem was that it was about 35 degrees in Miami and the building had no heat in 1/2 of it (it's split into 2 different buildings).

6. Who could have a single problem with this cute, clean, unique hotel? And at under $75 a night, including parking?? Rooms are small but very clean and lovely; The lobby, bar area, swimming pool, outdoor sitting area in front, breakfast--all delightful.
