1. The pool area is small but well appointed, I really wish the pool was heated though(thats my only negative about the stay there)Definately would recommend to others.

5. The two negatives were: (1) the deadbolt on our door did not work; and (2) one of the supportive legs under the bed was broken, so we had to position ourselves on the bed very carefully.

7. negatives: The first night we we stayed in a street-side room facing Collins Avenue, and the noise of the traffic made it difficult for us to sleep.

8. The only real negative was that the room was a little cramped, as was the bathroom--and lacked some simple amenities that could be added: more space for clothes in the room and more shelves in the bathroom to keep bath accessories.
