3. There are good things and less good (but definitely not bad) things to say about the Paia Inn To get the weak points over first: it's on a main road; we didn't find this a problem as far as noise is concerned, but f you're looking for delightful views from your room, this isn't the place.

5. Our room had just been remodeled and there were a few punch list things that went wrong--whenever we mentioned a problem, it was fixed the same day.

8. Some of the rooms have the sink inside the bedroom (instead of the bathroom), so if this is something you don't like, make sure to try and get a different room (Room #1 does not have this problem).
