1. So the downsides first: on a busy street (Hana Hwy), and next to a gas station, which inconveniently a gas odor will occasionally waft over to the hotel.

2. The one downside is that the parking can be kind of scarce, but the staff are very helpful telling you all the different parking options.

3. The only downside, which is also an upside, is that it is right on the main strip in Paiai, which means traffic can be loud on Friday and Saturday nights - wasn't a big deal to us, they have those nature-sounds machines in the room, but it's something to be aware of.
