1. They addressed the issue by spraying the desk with some sort of bug repellent.

6. We also had some maintence issues in that we couldn't open the sliding door out to the pool, and our tv didn't work for that first night (they did fix it fairly promptly, but some of the channels were still pretty fuzzy).

8. The only issue I had with the Hotel is that they should offer some of there Hawaiian arts and crafts for children free of charge instead of charging $5-$10 per class.
