We also had some maintence
issue
s in that we couldn't open the sliding door out to the pool, and our tv didn't work for that first night (they did fix it fairly promptly, but some of the channels were still pretty fuzzy).

that we noted during our stay was that the sliding doors to the ocean were somewhat difficult to open and lock.

I had with the Hotel is that they should offer some of there Hawaiian arts and crafts for children free of charge instead of charging $5-$10 per class.
