3. The gift shop kept my dollar change I guess to pay for the wrong info and the concierge gave me a piece of a map that didn't tell me where I was and where to go.

4. The desk clerk repetitively punched my credit card in wrong telling me it was denied in a very insincere was, when we called the credit card company they stated the woman typed in the card wrong each time and finally the manager typed in incorrect on the first try.
