2. This may all seem like not a big deal, but this is a weirdly isolated Westin -- downtown Jersey City is light on amenities -- and it was a needless black mark on the hotel.

3. The first time was the line to 33rd so not such a big deal, we just went to the WTC and took the tube from there but the second time was 11.
