1. My room was on the fourth floor facing the light rail; however, unless you're a terribly light sleeper, that shouldn't bother you - I had absolutely no problems with outside noise.

4. - Do not stay on 5th or 6th floor, you might have to get up at 6 am by hearing the noise of jumping guys in gym :) ) and avoid top floor.
