4. When I went down to the front desk in the morning to tell them that our window on the 17th floor would not close tightly and that there was a lot of traffic noise (which was very annoying because I am a light sleeper), the woman at the front desk gave me two vouchers for their wonderful (rather pricey) breakfast.
