1. I've read a lot of feedback in general about the staff at this location, stating that guests found them to be pretentious and/or unhelpful.

5. The hotel roof top lounge is ultra hip without being overly pretentious, we ended up staying there one night as we were having so much fun taking in all the atmosphere and meeting locals and tourists alike.

7. Did not eat here so I cannot comment on the food, but the nightclub that hotel guests get in for free and dont wait in line was quite impressive, full of beautiful people, although a bit pretentious, and good music.
