1. As I was travelling alone I didn't eat in the main restaurant as I feel like a bit of a spare part ( that's my problem ) I ate in their bar which is sport themed, the menu is very poor everything is deepfried it has its own little kitchen, I cant remember exactly what I ordered from the very busy bar-maid she was completely overworked as she had to do the whole drinks service for the floor as well as her food service, but what I got after a long wait was what I described to friends as a plate of deep fried sh.

5. When the staff realized that there was a problem the hotess very kindly offered us a complimentary salad while we waited.

The saga is bizarre, from the reservation cancellation that occurred despite preventive calls, to computer problems that prevented receipts from being printed and then lack of follow up on the email of receipts, from the web site first depicting a cancellation to now pretending the stay never happened, and capped off by HHONORS customer service that stonewalls and adopts a 'Prove it happened' attitude.

9. When I checked out, the reservation system was still down and they were unable to print a check out folio stemming from the computer problem but the front desk agent took down the details and promised to rectify the reservation and send me the check out folio by email.
