1. After 5 mins in the room loud banging and footsteps was heard in the room above us, so off again I traipsed to reception to see if they had another room.

2. They attempt to adust that by giving you a coupon for a complimentary appetiser, but that is only good in their high end, $25/entree, restaurant; I point that out and they give me a coupon for the sports bar, which is virtually empty, except for one person playinbg the juke box so loud that the server could not hear me tell him I was leaving because of the noise.
