The reception staff were pretty robotic, and housekeeping were just lazy I was accosted twice in the corridors in the mornings by the chamber maid asking if I needed my room cleaned in a tone that implied it would be much better if I said no, I didn't play ball so on my last day she didnt turn up at all and I came back to an un-serviced room but when I rang HK it was fixed promptly.
