6. In response to the report submitted by "Jay" on 8/15/2010: In the case referred to in the report, immediately after being informed by guest of the complaint, the room was inspected by both trained in house staff and by an outside lab.

7. On checkout, my complaints were placated by the apologies of the manager the removal of a dining charge, which was nice of them.

8. Down to the desk with a complaint, an explanation to the pleasantly-accented gentleman that we would be gone from 6 to 10 for dinner and general revelry, and please send up someone to clean the crud off the shower walls, floor and shower-head.

10. I left a complaint and later that day a very nice young lady from the regional managers office (an executive assistant) offered me a whopping 20% discount and an upgrade during a future stay.
