1. Additionally, the bed was in very poor shape with noticible dips on each side and a hump in the middle.

7. Other instances of poor service attitude faced by me or my colleagues included luggage handed to bell desk not showing up in the room for hours, broken alarm clock in the room not being changed/fixed despite informing the housekeeping staff, room key not working before in the middle of the stay - this is a big pain as it would take at least 25-30 min to again call the elevator to go down and come back up.
