1. We had a great stay and enjoyed everything the only problem was that 2 of the 3 lifts had broken to our floor so there was a long wait.

3. One of the elevators on our side of the elevator bank was broken the whole time we were there as well, and when each elevator covers 10 floors, having only two elevators leads to long wait times and lots of jammed-full elevators.

4. Other instances of poor service attitude faced by me or my colleagues included luggage handed to bell desk not showing up in the room for hours, broken alarm clock in the room not being changed/fixed despite informing the housekeeping staff, room key not working before in the middle of the stay - this is a big pain as it would take at least 25-30 min to again call the elevator to go down and come back up.

5. Got breakfast- was served OJ in a broken glass, coffee splilled all over breakfast because the seal on the decanter was faulty, a service mgr had to come up to my room.

8. The valet parking was full, it was freezing and we had to walk 2 blocks with the kids and the pool was broken.

9. The pool or whirlpool would have been nice but the pool heater was broken and the whirlpool was not that hot either and there were too many kids in the whirlpool.
