Two of the four lifts serving levels 18 - 30 were out of action for 2 days which led to very long
annoy
ing waits and the managers didn't seem aware of the problem when I pointed it out - though they dealt with it immediately and the lifts were fixed when I came back from the conference in the evening.

As usual, Marriott finds

ing little ways to squeeze more money out of you, one dollar at a time: the store is outrageously overpriced, the food is way too expensive for the quality, etc.
