1. As posted in my previous response, we take all reports of bed bugs extremely seriously and have aggressive steps in place to prevent infestation.

8. The hotel can't really do anything about people bringing bed bugs in due to the high volume of travelers that stay in this hotel or any hotel at that.

9. Look at the base boards and if you see moldy appearances or black spots on the base boards and around picture frames, GET OUT and request another room on an entirely differnt floor because bed bugs travel thru electrical outlets from room to room.

10. Just a word of caution:It does not matter if the hotel you choose is 4 or 5 stars, bed bugs can and will get into any hotel, so please, be aware.
