1. The only problem we had was that it was a Saturday afternoon when we were there and our room overlooked the lovely courtyard which was holding a wedding shower where the people we rather loud, we asked if this was going on through the evening to be informed that no this one is not but another wedding party is due to arrive later on.

7. We did not have a problem with sound, but it was obvious that the sound travels through the walls easily.

8. The Artmore appeared to be gorgeous inside so I am not saying that it might not have been a nice place to stay but the fact that we had such a problem with the service we received in regards to our reservation which defeats the purpose of making a reservation, I cannot give it a good review.

9. I do not really have a review of the hotel because when we showed up, we were advised that there was a problem with the heat in one of the rooms and the hotel was booked so we would have to pick one of two other hotels down the street and stay there.

10. Actually, the entire room was very clean; the only problems: the toilet wouldn't flush on the 2nd day but it was quickly repaired while I was gone, the phone had a short so it was difficult to call down to the desk about the toilet.
