1. Due to the manner in which the situation was handled, we would never choose the Artmore as a place to stay in Atlanta for future occasions and will not be booking anything through a travel site again since those reservations are obviously the first to be bumped when a hotel overbooks (which is what happens 'all the time' per the manager at the second hotel we visited).

2. Got a free upgrade when checking in because they were overbooked - not a problem for me and found out that they were offering free drinks during happy hour (from 5pm - 6pm) for the first night of your stay.
