1. The only downside was construction was going on at the parking deck next to the hotel and there was a constant beeping starting at 8am.

3. The original building is a beautiful example of turn of the century construction - made to look like a building in Granada Spain - but the rooms have been cut up into coffin size noise traps that do not give you a pleasent nights sleep.
