2. The room and hotel was very clean and then maid was wonderful and even did our dishes when we were out but other than that, it was a very terrible experience and we will never stay there again.

4. They put me up in a terrible room--not a hotel room but a conference room with a very uncomfortable pull down trundle bed.

5. To add insult to injury they insisted on charging full price for the room, and were very condescending to me when I suggested that it was inappropriate to charge full price for such terrible accomodations, especially given that I had a guaranteed reservation.
