The kitchens were small but had a full sized old fridge, (the one in the room we switched to made a horrible racket when it was running) it had a full sized gas stove with oven (but no oven sheets or pans to cook in) it had plently of cabinets and storage for things, and while they did have dishes and pans and stuff they did not have a strainer or bowls besides the ones that went with the plate set.

5. The hotel was oversold when I arrived and I was given a horrible room--basically a cot in the conference room.

6. They were very condescending when I suggested that it was inappropriate to charge full price for such horrible accomodations, especially when they fail to meet a guaranteed reservation.
