1. Only small negatives were sirens from med tech emergency vehicles passing by to the hospital during the wee hours and a somewhat too firm mattress (at least for me).

10. The negatives for me were the noise (it is not only near the hospital - from our balcony we could see the police station parking lot a block or so away) and being on Washington Circle there is a fairamount of road noise all night, even though our room did not face the circle.
