1. while dated the place is clean but it's unfortunate little details seem to be a problem for much of the staff.

4. TV repairman came right away and took a few minutes but found the TV had to be reset and then had no more problems.

5. The TV is a little hidden into a very old peace of forniture and this could be a problem for people who really cares about TV (we only watched TV at the last night, during our packing back to Brazil).

7. That won't be an option for those with safety concerns (I obviously took a risk), and if there are insects during the summer months (I don't know if that's a problem in San Diego or not), it also won't be an option.
