1. There are tents in the back parking lot that hold the 'old broken' furniture and mattresses that the hotel owners will not let the hotel get rid of.

2. Every staff member I interacted with (including a maintenance man who replaced a broken light bulb) were incredibly friendly and seemed willing to go the extra mile to make sure I was appeased.

3. We had to walk for ages because the return trolley's had broken down and the area is so desolate that taxi's don't go to that area.
