8. We were attending the Pavement Live Expo in Dec, and I had read some pretty bad reviews about this place, so I was very skeptical.

9. I do wish they had the vouchers for the shuttle driver right at the front desk when I arrive because I felt badly that he had to wait (with other customers in the shuttle) for them to get it.
