1. The table servers were pleasant, however, the bar staff should be ALL sent on a customer service course these people are rude.

6. When we complained to the extremely rude front desk staff on numerous occasions we were told there was nothing they could do as these people represent a large part of the Regal Palms business, and 'they are on vacation too'.
