2. This year, the hotel shut down the great Restaurant, no longer have a concierge or activities desk, the bath tub was peeling off a large area of a repair coat, cockroaches and millipedes infested the room, their solution - call the maid and have a bug bomb set off while we are away.

3. We did see other rooms and while they were moderately better than ours, they are still in sad shape - peeling window ledges, beat up furniture.
