1. It did not seem too out of date to me, it was very clean, had cable TV, a refrigerator & all of the necessities.

3. The only negative thing is that the rooms are a bit out dated, other than that, beautiful scenery, nice pool, what else do you need? What really made this resort get a 4 out of 5 stars was the friendly staff.
