1. It was a good thing the bugs were there though, as they made our friends leave for another hotel with no refund; because that night a palm tree smashed through their balcony and window and needed a forklift to remove it.

3. Room dirty(dead bugs in corners, dingy bathtub, couldn't see out cloudy windows), noisy neighbors (headboards shared same thin wall), economically depressed surrounding town offered little.
