The furniture is completely outdated, which isn't all too important, but the room was dirty; dust everywhere, dirt in corners, the coffee pot crusted with burnt on coffee, the floor dirty enough to make one not want to walk on it in bare feet, the tile in the entry way and bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.
