1. Not much they can do about the external noise, but annoying to hear your neighbor coughing or dropping the toilet lid late at night.

2. The first minor complaint was there are no bathroom fans-- not only are the fans nice to ventilate the bathroom (we had to open a window onto the street during showers), but we use them as white background noise when sleeping (my wife's a light sleeper).

3. We could not hear anything from other rooms and there was very little noise from the hall even though we were right next to the stairs.

Dirty rooms, mismatched lines, old stained towels, broken window in BA, paper-thin walls, mold on bathroom ceiling,unknown orange substances on shower ledge near window, Didn't sleep due to partiers by pools, kids running around & screaming, people on floor above us, contacted front desk staff several times then Miami Police because of noise and worse activities.
