2. dirty rooms, mismatched lines, old stained towels, broken window in BA, paper-thin walls, mold on bathroom ceiling,unknown orange substances on shower ledge near window, Didn't sleep due to partiers by pools, kids running around & screaming, people on floor above us, contacted front desk staff several times then Miami Police because of noise and worse activities.
