1. Nor did I complain that several of our DirecTV channels were out (constant 'searching' message), that both elliptical machines were out of order the day I wanted to work out, that there was an infestation of tiny insects in our kitchen (we didn't eat in, so I let it slide).

4. (my husband went to complain around 4 am and the person said, 'We think it's a prank and the alarm just keeps going off because no one's called the FD to reset it' to which he responded that it might be a good idea for them to do that.
