1. The first minor complaint was there are no bathroom fans-- not only are the fans nice to ventilate the bathroom (we had to open a window onto the street during showers), but we use them as white background noise when sleeping (my wife's a light sleeper).

2. The bedrooms and bathrooms are much smaller than the other 3 RI's we have stayed in, but our biggest complaint was the noise.
