1. The paid parking is a negative, but I think it's getting like that in most cities and with the in and out privileges, unless you park the car and leave it, you are probably better paying for valet.

3. After reading previous reviews I don't feel as nit-picky about the room because while grand, the room did have negatives, or you could say, lack of advantages.
