2. **Their elevators were broken, had to use the service elevator which was not conviently located to guest rooms**They billed me incorrectly, which resulted in me calling the hotel for 3 days to get a correct bill statement emailed to me so I could file my expense report.

4. The food at the hotel is expensive for the quality, I prefer Flemming's than the steaks at Hoja Nueva, or even at Morton's Steak House which is in the Hotel premises.

6. CONS: Extremely long hallways, room was located at far end away from elevator difficult to maneuver wheelchair in hotel, expensive room service, not handicap friendly, small countertop in bathroom, air conditioner temp fluctuation.

7. The best aspect of this hotel is the location, right on the Miracle Mile, so you don't need to drive to have access to lots of restaurants - keep in mind these are not cheap restaurants as Coral Gables is an expensive area.

8. The next day we requested champagne glasses and brunch in the bridal suite (most expensive room in the hotel) and that required 3 phone calls and 2 hours later, we finally got them.
