1. No phone, no TV, no radio, no air conditioning (can't shut out noise from nearby balconies), no hair drier (borrow one from maintenance), The small pool is located inconveniently behind maintenance, next to the highway, protected by a high wooden fence, and nowhere near the ocean - strange.

2. It is not a true 2 bedroom in that there are screens not walls separating the rooms and the'2nd' bedroom is merely closed off from the main kitchen/dining/living room so you have neither true privacy or insulation from noise.
