1. It's like, they are so many guests/$$$ checking in, and they can't be bothered to clean the carpet, clean the fungus/mold growing on the towel rack, .

3. We stayed 4 nights here, the aircondition termostat was not working, the rooms are very old, carpet is dirty, had some bugs in bathroom and bedroom, moldy in bathroom and even with closed windows the noise from the street is terrible.

5. The rooms were very clean, no mold in any of them, and the hotel is only a very short walk from the beach, at most 10 minutes, there is a small restauraunt on the first floor that serves great smoothies, and a sushi bar.
