4. Negatives: Weak continental breakfast, Needs a fresh coact of paint, Early morning loud garbage trucks (everyday), No bells and whistles Positives: Affordable, Decent location (less than 3 blocks from beach), Clean and comfortable, Nice pool and hottub, restaurant/bar.

5. The rug was dirty, there was a hole in the wall, the sink make a loud noise whenever the water was on, the door to the balcony was off of the track so we couldn't even go out there.

Some bad points: never clean towels at the pool, awful stained vanity that sagged in the bathroom, louuuud fan in bathroom, vomit stained carpet right by the bed, plastic wrapped mattresses that give you cold sweats all night, we were right near the ice machine and people partied alllll night long and were LOUD in the hallway.

10. The only let down was that the walls are somewhat not sound absorbent, and we were constantly woken up by rowdy neighbors next door who thought it was OK to scream and laugh loudly at 3:00 AM every morning when they got in.
